The Hobonichi Cover Colors: Candy Floss is a calendar cover for the Hobonichi Cousin in A5 format, made from durable polyester with a subtle, light sheen. The exterior displays a warm pink reminiscent of cotton candy – inside, a soft yellow tone provides a gentle contrasting accent. Two integrated pen loops, called Butterfly-Stoppers, keep the cover closed in your backpack or bag without requiring a separate closure.

• Butterfly-Stopper as pen loops: Two pen loops made from the cover material function simultaneously as a closure – the inserted pen reliably keeps the cover closed, no velcro, no elastic band.
• Two ribbons with attachments: One ribbon with a triangular attachment, one with a square attachment made from the cover material – allows you to mark two places at once, for example the current day and the monthly calendar.

• Fit: The cover is designed for the Hobonichi Cousin (A5) – for the two-sided weekly calendar in A5 format, not for the smaller Techo Original.
• Pen choice for the Butterfly-Stopper: Slim pens – mechanical pencils, slim fineliners or thin ballpoint pens – are easier to insert and keep the loops firmly closed. Thicker bodies like markers or broad fountain pens can stretch the loops over time.
• Two-bookmark system: Use one ribbon for the weekly plan, the other for the current day page or a notes page – especially with the Cousin's double-page format, a real time-saver when opening daily.
• Cover on Cover: A transparent protective cover can be placed over the cover to keep the pink fresh while simultaneously placing cards, photos or stickers behind the film without permanently gluing them to the cover.
