Traveler's Notebook Regular Size Refill "021" elastic bands

The "021" refill provides four silicone holding bands – two in black, two in brown – designed for the Traveler's Notebook in Regular Size. The bands stretch around the inserts, hold multiple refills together and can be repositioned at any time without damaging paper or leather covers. Fits Regular Size; explicitly not compatible with the Traveler's Notebook Passport Size.
