MD Product Cover transparent (A4)

The transparent PVC case from MD Product is custom-fit to the MD Notebook A4 Variant – neither tighter nor looser than necessary. The clear, flexible vinyl wraps snugly around the cover and keeps the cream-colored original cover with its characteristic glassine dust jacket completely visible. An integrated pen holder makes the case a compact writing set for on the go.

• Perfect fit for the MD Notebook A4 Variant: The case is made exclusively for the MD Notebook and MD Notebook Diary in A4 Variant size – when opened, it creates a flat format of 282 × 435 mm that fits exactly to the notebook dimensions. Notebooks from other manufacturers typically do not fit due to different measurements.
• Transparent PVC – appearance remains intact: The clear material conceals neither the simple white cover nor the typographically designed imprint of the MD Notebook. The view of the cover is unobstructed; dirt, scratches, and light moisture stay out.
• Glassine tip from the manufacturer – softer feel: Those who find the PVC too smooth and cool can leave the standard glassine dust jacket of the notebook between the case and cover – the slightly rough, matte character of the wax paper noticeably softens the harsh vinyl feel.
• Integrated pen holder (inner diameter 10 mm): Slim fountain pens, mechanical pencils, and ballpoint pens in standard diameter fit directly on the case – no separate pencil case needed.

• Personalization through insertion: Cards, photos, snippets, or watercolor cutouts can be slipped between the PVC and notebook cover – the transparent surface becomes an individual display window.
• Use the glassine layer: Do not remove the factory glassine paper from the MD Notebook – together with the PVC case, it creates a lightly textured, pleasantly grippy surface instead of pure vinyl feel.
• Pen holder compatibility: The pen holder with 10 mm inner diameter fits most ink rollers, slim fountain pens, and mechanical pencils in standard clip format. Very thick grip sections (over ~12 mm) may jam.
• Archive setup: Insert two MD Notebook Light simultaneously – for example, one written copy as a reference and one fresh for new entries.

The case is designed as supplementary accessories within the MD Product ecosystem: dimensions and insertion depth are precisely oriented to the MD Notebook's size, which slightly deviates from standard A4 (282 × 220 mm closed). The MD Notebook Light in A4, which is thinner than the standard notebook, also fits; the slot can even accommodate two copies, which can be used for organized parallel management of multiple projects.
