Right of Withdrawal

If you are not acting in the course of a business, you may revoke your contractual declaration within two weeks without stating reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or – if the goods are provided to you before the expiry of the period – by returning the goods. The withdrawal period begins after receipt of this notice in text form, but not before the goods have been received by the recipient and not before we have fulfilled our information obligations pursuant to Section 312c (2) of the German Civil Code (BGB) in conjunction with Section 1 (1), (2) and (4) of the BGB-InfoV and Section 312e (1) sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Section 3 of the BGB-InfoV, and also not before the purchase contract has become binding on you through your approval of the purchased item. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notice of withdrawal or the goods in due time.

Consequences of Withdrawal

In the event of an effective withdrawal, the services received by both parties shall be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. advantages of use) shall be surrendered. If you are unable to return the goods received to us in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the loss of value, if applicable. In the case of the provision of goods, this does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is solely attributable to their inspection – as would have been possible for you in a retail shop. Otherwise, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for any deterioration caused by the intended use of the goods by not using the goods as if they were your property and by refraining from anything that could impair their value.

Goods that can be sent by parcel post must be returned to us at our risk. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. For you, the period begins with the dispatch of your notice of withdrawal or the goods; for us, it begins with their receipt. Financed transaction.
