Payment Terms

Here you will find general information about shopping with LUIBAN. This includes questions about payment methods, vouchers, shipping costs, and your right to withdraw from an order.

Payment Methods

We offer you the following payment methods. Simply choose the one that suits you best. Shipping costs are independent of the chosen payment method.

PayPal / PayPal Express

You are welcome to pay via PayPal; this option is offered in the checkout and allows you a particularly convenient shopping experience. We recommend checking your delivery address after the PayPal confirmation window, as errors often occur there.

Bank Transfer (Prepayment)

As an alternative to PayPal, we also offer payment in advance via bank transfer. Please transfer the total amount of your order to the following account:

Always include your order number. Delivery will take place after payment has been received.

Invoice

Available only for schools, public authorities, and companies registered in the commercial register after verification. Please send us a request by email.

Voucher

LUIBAN vouchers can easily be ordered in the online shop; the easiest way is to search for “voucher.” Vouchers are available in various fixed amounts. If you would like to have the voucher sent directly to a recipient’s address, please enter a different delivery address during checkout. The voucher will be sent by post after payment (we cover the postage). The voucher amount can be redeemed in up to ten separate transactions both in the online shop and in our Berlin store. To do so, please enter the 15-digit voucher number in the shopping cart before proceeding to checkout.

Shipping Information

We ship worldwide with DHL. You can also pick up your order at our Berlin store during regular opening hours. We do our very best to ship 3-4 working days after receipt of payment, and we are often faster. However, during peak periods shipping may take a little longer. If you need to receive your order by a specific date, please send us a message at info@luiban.com. Please note that international deliveries may take longer. Shipments within the EU usually take about one week. Shipments to non-EU countries, even nearby ones, often take several weeks due to customs clearance.

Returns

If you are not satisfied or for any other reason, you can simply return the items to us. Please include a note with your name and your order or invoice number. Stating the reason for your return is optional but would help us greatly. If you paid by bank transfer, please include your bank account details so we can refund the amount to you. We will inform you once your return has arrived.

In the case of partial returns, the final order value will be considered for the refund. If the remaining order value falls below the free shipping threshold, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
