Hobonichi Moomin Sticky Note Roll (Moomin Family's Island Life)

The Hobonichi Moomin: Sticky Note Roll "Moomin Family's Island Life" is a roll of self-adhesive sticky notes featuring four different motifs from Tove Jansson's novel Moominpappa at Sea. The illustrations depict the Moomin family living on a remote island – quiet, atmospheric scenes that capture the introspective character of this story. The paper is writable with pen and pencil and can be cleanly separated from the roll.

Features

• Four different design strips: Each roll contains four unique designs from "Moominpappa at Sea" – making each sticky note a small picture in its own right.
• Writable paper: The surface readily accepts ballpoint pens, fineliners, and pencils. For fountain pens with wet, flowing ink, a brief test is recommended.
• Self-adhesive, residue-free: The sticky notes can be attached to Techo pages, notebooks, or documents and removed again without leaving any traces.
• Moomin licensed design: Illustrations from the original work by Tove Jansson (1914–2001), Finnish-Swedish author and artist.

Application & Tips

• As tabs in your Techo: Stick strips along the page edge – they mark important dates or sections and look decorative peeking out.
• For quick notes in your planner: Write an appointment or task on a strip and move it flexibly without writing on the page itself.
• As mini bookmarks: Placed in books or notebooks, the strips mark pages with a touch of Moomin atmosphere.
• To decorate journal pages: The design-rich strips work as creative elements in bullet journals or scrapbooks – used individually or glued together as a picture band.
• Coordinated with the Hobonichi Moomin collection: Pairs beautifully with Moomin Techo covers, pencil boards, and die-cut stencils from the same collection.

For Techo and Moomin Enthusiasts

"Moominpappa at Sea" is considered the most contemplative and atmospherically dense novel in the Moomin series – the island mood, Moominmamma's wall painting, Moomintroll's explorations of the thicket. Exactly these scenes appear as design strips on the roll. If you know the novel, you'll recognize the images immediately; if you haven't read it yet, you'll get a quiet, elegant introduction to this part of the Moomin world here.
