Hobonichi Card Case

The Hobonichi Card Case is a transparent sleeve made from PET and IPP that holds up to 32 cards in 16 dual compartments. An integrated flap allows for neat insertion into the sleeves of the Hobonichi Techo series. The front and back covers each feature an oversized pocket for items larger than standard credit card format – such as receipts, loyalty cards or small clippings.

• 16 dual compartments for up to 32 cards: Each compartment holds two cards stacked – ideal for loyalty cards, business cards, ID cards or credit cards in a compact structure.
• Two oversized exterior pockets: One larger transparent pocket each on the front and back that accommodates larger card-sized items – practical for folded notes, small clippings or stamps.
• Flap for Techo integration: The tab is dimensioned so that the Card Case sits flush and securely within the inner sleeves of the Hobonichi Techo cover – without slipping or creating bulk.
• PET and IPP materials: The rigid PET outer sleeve protects the contents and maintains its shape, whilst the IPP inner pockets are soft enough to allow cards to be inserted and removed gently.
• Slim profile: 6 mm depth with 32-card capacity – the case can be carried in a bag or handbag outside of the Techo without taking up much space.

Use & Tips

• Techo integration: The Card Case fits into the card slots and sleeves of the Hobonichi Techo cover (A6). The flap engages with the cover and keeps the case stable in position.
• Business card management on the go: Those who regularly exchange business cards can sort received and personal cards in separate compartments – all 16 compartments remain visible from the outside.
• Small collections: Loyalty cards, tickets, credit card-sized photos or library cards can be grouped thematically within the compartments.
• Oversized inserts: The front and back pockets are suitable for folded receipts, cut-out timetables or other flat paper items that don't fit in a standard compartment.
• As a standalone case: The Card Case also functions as an independent card organiser sleeve without the Techo cover – the clear material allows quick overview without having to remove items.
