Papierniczeni Planner 2027 Klasyk ski
The Papierniczeni Klasyk MMXXVII in "ski" is a dated weekly planner for 2027 in a compact A5-format size. The through-dyed cardboard cover in a soft sky blue – Polish for "ski" – is bound with a cloth-reinforced spine that allows the book to lie completely flat. Inside: warm white, fountain pen-friendly 100 g/m² paper, vertical weekly spreads, dotted note pages and copper-coloured accents. Designed and handcrafted in the Papierniczeni workshop in Kraków.

- Dated planner January–December 2027: All weekly and monthly pages are pre-printed with dates – the planner covers the entire year 2027 without the need to add dates manually.
- Through-dyed cardboard cover in "ski": The cardboard is dyed throughout its mass; the colour is not applied to the surface but anchored in the material itself – a consistent, cool sky blue that remains true at cut edges and corners.
- Cloth-reinforced spine with thread binding: The linen fabric at the spine connects the signatures to the cover and permits tension-free, complete opening – both pages of a spread lie flat on the desk without creasing along the gutter.
- Vertical weekly spreads: Each weekday gets its own column for tasks and appointments. Space at the foot of each page remains for spontaneous notes – a structure ideal for day-by-day task lists.
- Year, month and week overviews plus dotted note pages: The content is fully planned: yearly overview for the bigger picture, monthly pages for deadlines and planning ahead, weekly pages for daily life, dot-grid pages for free notes.
- 100 g/m² paper, fountain pen-friendly, FSC-certified: The warm white paper takes water-based fountain pen inks evenly. The slightly creamy white tone reduces eye strain during long writing sessions. FSC certification guarantees the origin of the paper.
- Copper-coloured ribbon bookmark: The textile bookmark is copper-toned – a warm, earthy counterpoint to the cool sky blue of the cover.
- Rose gold foil stamping: The lettering on the exterior is executed in rose gold hot foil stamping – a subtle, glossy accent that stands out clearly against the matte cardboard.
Use & Tips
- Fountain pens, fine-tip pens, gel pens: The 100 g/m² paper works well with water-based fountain pen inks in fine to medium nibs. Very wet inks or fast-flowing gel refills need a short drying time – a gentle breath is sufficient. Quick-drying gel pen refills work without waiting.
- Time blocking in the daily columns: The vertical column structure of the weekly pages invites visual time blocking: time slots can be drawn as blocks, with priorities at the top and flexible tasks below.
- Use monthly pages as a preview: Before filling in the weekly pages, it's worth noting deadlines, trips and recurring events on the monthly overviews – this provides immediate context when reviewing your week.
- Dotted note pages for free content: The dot grid is tight enough for small handwriting, wide enough for sketches and diagrams. Ideal for notes, reflections or quick mind maps alongside your weekly plan.
- Colour mood on your desk: The light sky blue of "ski" feels fresh and calm on a light desk surface – if you use several Papierniczeni products, you can organise colours by project or life area.
- Flat-lying when writing on spreads: Thanks to thread binding and a linen spine, weekly spreads can be opened completely flat – this is particularly relevant when writing with a fountain pen, as no paper ridge forms along the gutter to interfere with ink flow.
For Calligraphy and Fountain Pen Enthusiasts
The warm white 100 g/m² paper delivers an even, calm script with fine to medium-width nibs with no significant show-through. Broad-nibbed pens with structured strokes – such as a 1.1 or 1.5 mm stub nib – work well on this surface as long as the ink is not extremely fluid. The thread binding with cloth-reinforced spine holds up to daily, intensive use throughout a full calendar year: no spine separation, no loose sections. The rose gold foil stamping on the cover is not lacquered afterwards but thermally embedded – the shine remains stable even after extended use in a bag.
