NKcalendar Mini Daily Planner 2027 Eric

The NKcalendar Mini Daily Calendar 2027 Eric is the tiny companion for every day of the year: measuring just 45 × 30 mm, it fits on any desk, bookshelf or next to your bedside clock. Each of the 368 pages features an illustration by eric, the Japanese stamp artist whose hand-cut rubber stamp illustrations are known for their warm, sketchy linework. The calendar is produced by NK Shinnippon – one of Japan's most traditional calendar manufacturers.

Features

• Pocket format 45 × 30 mm: Smaller than a matchbox. Its compact dimensions mean the calendar takes up virtually no space, yet remains stable and can stand upright thanks to its block depth of approximately 49 mm.
• 368 sheets, one to tear off daily: A separate sheet for every day of 2027 – including the customary calendar transition days typical of daily calendars. The head-glued binding (天のり製本) keeps the block together until each sheet is cleanly removed without tearing.
• Head-glued binding: The sheets are glued along the top edge, not stapled or sewn. This creates a clean, smooth tear without paper burrs – and the detached sheets can be reused as mini notes, bookmarks or collage material.
• Illustrations by eric: Each page features a different motif from the stamp artist's universe: everyday objects, animals, plants and scenes in a subtly cheerful line. Today's sheet becomes a small picture that stands on its own for a moment.
• Made in Japan: NK Shinnippon is known for meticulous print quality on calendar paper – the colours of the illustrations appear vibrant without being overdrawn.

Use & Tips

• Desk decoration with purpose: The calendar needs no stand – it stands upright thanks to its own block depth. A quiet spot next to your cup or laptop is all you need.
• Give torn-off sheets a second life: The mini sheets work perfectly as bookmarks in notebooks, as quick note-taking slips for short messages, or as elements in a journal or scrapbook. Washi tape keeps them securely in place on paper.
• Gift idea for calendar and Japan enthusiasts: The package format (H53 × W39 × D49 mm) is deliberately compact – the calendar fits in an envelope or can be added to a gift box.
• Plan your year as a companion: If you position the calendar intentionally and collect the sheets, by year's end you'll have 368 small illustrations – enough for a little hand-bound booklet or a collage wall.

For Calendar and Paper Enthusiasts

Head-glued binding (天のり製本) is the classic binding method for Japanese daily calendars designed for daily page-turning: the adhesive is flexible enough at room temperature to break cleanly without damaging the remaining sheets. With 368 sheets at 45 × 30 mm, the block reaches approximately 49 mm in depth – a remarkable volume for this size, giving the calendar its characteristic, almost cube-like stance. Eric (real name not publicly known) originally creates her motifs as hand-cut rubber stamps; the printing execution by NK Shinnippon translates the gentle irregularity of the handcraft into a warm, deliberately imperfect print line.
