The Uni Style Fit is a modular multi-pen system by Mitsubishi: the barrel accommodates up to three Style Fit refills and can be fully customised to your preferences – gel ink, oil-based ballpoint or mechanical pencil unit, in any combination. This transparent light blue version is made from lightweight plastic with a clear grip section, allowing you to see the inserted refills at a glance. Only the barrel is supplied; refills are available separately.

• Three refill slots, freely customisable: Each of the three slots accepts any Style Fit refill – gel, oil-based ballpoint or mechanical pencil can be freely combined. The result is a pen that brings together exactly the tools you need every day.
• Transparent grip section: The clear plastic around the refill slots makes the inserted colours instantly recognisable – no stickers or labels needed. If you switch colours frequently, you'll save yourself the guesswork.
• Tab mechanism: Each refill is extended via its own push button on top; a gentle press on another tab retracts the active refill. Switching happens with one hand, without putting the pen down.
• Lightweight plastic barrel: The low weight won't tire your hand even during longer writing sessions – particularly advantageous for detailed planning or extended journalling.
• Sustainably reusable: Since only the refills are replaced, the barrel stays in use permanently. Empty refills are replaced individually, not the entire pen.

Use & Tips

• Refill replacement: Unscrew the grip section anticlockwise from the barrel, press your desired Style Fit refills into the round holding slots with the rear end until they click, then screw the grip section back on. Done.
• Bullet journalling and planning: Three different colours – for example black for body text, red for tasks, blue for events – can be carried in a single pen. The transparent body shows at a glance which colour sits where.
• Combining gel and ballpoint: If you appreciate quick-drying gel ink for notes and an oil-based ballpoint refill for paper with more resistance, you can load both and switch between them as needed.
• Mechanical pencil unit as addition: One of the three positions can be fitted with a Style Fit mechanical pencil unit (0.5 mm) – handy for sketches or erasable notes alongside ballpoint writing.
• Colour customising: The transparent light blue barrel pairs visually with various refill colours. Since the refills are visible through the barrel, a coordinated look naturally emerges.

For System Enthusiasts

Mitsubishi's Style Fit system features two barrel types: the standard plastic barrel with tab mechanism (this item) and the master barrel in metal with rotation mechanism. Both lines use identical refills, so they're completely compatible. If you rotate between several barrels – perhaps one for your desk, one for your bag – you can easily swap the same refills between them. Style Fit refills are also available in unusually fine sizes from 0.28 mm, making them particularly interesting for detailed handwriting or tight grids in planners.
