Hobonichi Cover Colors: Butterscotch (A6)

The Hobonichi Cover Colors 'Butterscotch' features warm, rich caramel tones on the exterior and soft ivory on the interior – a colour combination reminiscent of melted butterscotch caramel. The cover is crafted from high-quality polyester, which gives the binding its characteristic, subtly shimmering feel and durable stability without adding weight. Two 'Butterfly-Stopper' pen loops keep the cover closed while also accommodating pens. The cover is exclusively designed for the A6 format and fits the Hobonichi Techo Original and Planner.

Use & Tips

• The pen loops are often quite stiff when new. Rolling the loop between your fingers a few times makes the material more flexible and makes inserting the pen easier.
• Round ballpoints and fine-liners with a diameter of up to 13.5 mm fit in the holder; slim gel rollers or mechanical pencils sit particularly well.
• A Cover-on-Cover with a pattern or illustration can be slid over the Butterscotch cover and swapped seasonally without changing the cover itself.
• The cover protects against dirt and abrasion in everyday use – however, it should not be exposed to heat or sustained pressure (for example, under heavy books) to avoid discolouration.
• For A6 notebooks with a spine thickness of up to approximately 1.27 cm (0.5 inches), the fit is optimal; slightly thicker inserts can also be added, though the fit will then be snugger.
