Postalco Snap Pad Faded Black (A4)

The Postalco Snap Pad in Faded Black is a refillable A4 note and planning system with a patented snap binding: perforated sheets are simply snapped into place at the top and can be rearranged, added to or removed at any time. The cover is made from Pressed Cotton – a dense cotton fabric produced on the same machinery used for tent cloth. Handcrafted in Japan, it develops its own patina over time: the white fabric threads become more prominent, and the feel grows softer.

Features

• Patented snap binding: Sheets are perforated with a standard 2-hole punch (EU/Asian standard) and simply snapped into place at the top – no glue, no stapling, no ring mechanism. The result lies flat on the desk.
• Infinitely expandable: Holds approximately 100 sheets. Inserts such as Snap Paper, Snap Paper Plain, Steno Paper, Snap Calendar, Snap Pockets or Fabric Tabs can be freely combined – each sold separately.
• Pressed Cotton cover – PFAS-free: The fabric contains no PFAS chemicals and instead carries a light water-resistant treatment. The natural fibre structure with fine irregularities and occasional loops is not a flaw but a characteristic of the material.
• Faded Black: A matte, subdued black with a subtle textile character – neither glossy nor deep black, but with the muted depth of washed cotton cloth.
• A4 format, cover size 22.5 × 32 cm: Ample space for full project pages, sketches and DIN-A4 printouts without trimming.

• Create your own inserts: With an EU/Asian-compatible 2-hole punch, any A4 sheets – grid prints, letterheads, printouts, photos, cards – can be snapped directly into place. No proprietary accessories needed.
• Organise by theme: Project pages, calendar pages and notepads can sit side by side in the same pad, separated with Snap Pockets and marked with Fabric Tabs.
• As a mobile project board: Loose documents – briefs, meeting notes, research – stay within reach without disappearing into folders. Completed pages simply come out after the meeting.
