The Hobonichi Clear Cover for Weeks is a crystal-clear protective sleeve made of polyester that slides directly over the Weeks planner. The transparent material allows the planner's cover to shine through completely – whether plain or printed. An integrated pen holder, side bookmark tab, and two card pockets make the sleeve a functional extension of the book in everyday use.

• Custom-fit design for Weeks and Weeks Mega: The sleeve is precisely tailored to the dimensions of the Hobonichi Techo Weeks. With the Weeks Mega, it initially fits snugly but loosens over time.
• Crystal-clear polyester: The material protects the book cover from scratches and dirt without altering its appearance. Postcards, photos, or small papers can be slipped between the sleeve and cover and will stay securely in place.
• Wide-diameter pen holder: The pen holder accommodates pens up to 13.5 mm in diameter – making it suitable for slim ballpoint pens as well as thicker markers or fountain pens with caps.
• Side bookmark tab: The flat tab on the cover can be flipped open with your thumb and used as a bookmark – no need to carry a separate bookmark.
• Two card pockets: Card-sized pockets on the inside hold sticky notes, business cards, or folded paper without creating bulk.

• Personalization through inserts: Photos, postcards, sticker sheets, or cut-out motifs can be placed between the sleeve and book cover. The result looks like a custom-designed cover without modifying the book itself.
• Pen holder tip: A slim fountain pen or rollerball with a closed cap sits securely in the holder for carrying in a bag. For wider markers, a slight angling when inserting is recommended.
• Cold and stiffness: Polyester sleeves may become temporarily stiffer at low temperatures. Brief warming in your hand is enough to restore flexibility.

The Clear Cover fits Weeks editions with hardcover and softcover equally well – however, not with books featuring PVC, leather, or synthetic leather covers, as the material may react permanently with the sleeve. If you use a new Weeks each year, you can reuse the same Clear Cover for years: the sleeve remains dimensionally stable and transfers easily from one book to the next. This makes it the most economical permanent accessory in the Hobonichi ecosystem.
