The Ystudio Classic Revolve is the first fountain pen featuring a nib developed exclusively by Ystudio – created for the brand's 10th anniversary and distilling all the experience Ystudio has gathered since its founding in Taiwan in 2012. The hexagonal body of solid brass feels cool and substantial in the hand: 46 grams that provide a grounding presence when writing. Surface and character unite in a matte green lacquer finish, with six edges polished bright in gold brass – a subtle interplay of deep olive tone and warm metallic lustre.

• Exclusive Ystudio nib, gold-plated: The gold-plated steel nib in size No. 5 bears the brand's original logo from its founding days – whilst the pen body displays the current anniversary logo. Two eras, one writing instrument.
• Matte green lacquer with brassing effect: The surface is deliberately designed for patina development. Over time – through daily use or purposefully with the included sandpaper – the lacquer wears away to reveal the warm raw brass beneath. Each pen develops its own unique, personal patina.

• Choose nib size F or M: The fine nib (F) lays down precise, slender lines – ideal for dense handwriting, small notebooks and economical everyday use. The medium nib (M) writes broader and wetter, showcasing ink colours more vividly and works particularly well with smooth, ink-fast paper.
• Inks with colour depth: Dark, shimmering or chromatically complex inks – teal, black, deep blue-green tones – create visually intriguing interactions with the green body tone. With the M nib, sheening inks really shine on calendered paper.
• Shape your patina intentionally: The included sandpaper allows you to deliberately expose the brass in the grip zone or at the edges – for example, for an even vintage look or for individual accents. If you prefer to preserve the lacquer, simply keep writing: natural wear is part of the design concept.
• Brass care: Natural oxidation changes exposed brass over time towards dark gold and bronze tones. This process is harmless. A brass polishing cloth can restore the original lustre at any time.
• Writing posture: Thanks to its 46 g weight, a relaxed grip is recommended – the pen works through its own weight without requiring pressure on the nib.
